The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. 444ck employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and genuine winnings may be withheld pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444ck account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify 444ck of a security breach.
444ck is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its obligations under international gaming authority oversight. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo identity card (CNIC), proof of residential address dated within three months, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions including suspension of withdrawal privileges.
444ck reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, irregular betting patterns, or failure to complete KYC verification. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any balance may be forfeited in accordance with the specific circumstances. Where an account is closed at 444ck's discretion without player fault, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 444ck reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as notified in the platform's current fee schedule. Players will be notified by email or SMS before any dormancy fee is applied. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
444ck accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. 444ck does not accept third-party payments — the name on the payment method must match the name on the registered 444ck account. Deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
Deposits are credited to your 444ck account in real time or within a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions. 444ck does not charge a fee for standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method and account verification status.
Withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) business hours for verified accounts transacting via JazzCash and EasyPaisa under normal conditions. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. 444ck reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds, which may extend processing times. Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once approved and in transit.
Funds deposited but not subjected to at least one (1) wagering turnover may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal is approved. 444ck reserves the right to request evidence of genuine wagering activity before releasing funds in cases where deposit-withdrawal patterns suggest the platform is being used solely as a payment intermediary rather than a gaming service. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5 before they become withdrawable.
PKR Commitment: All 444ck transactions — deposits, withdrawals, account balances, and wager amounts — are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. There are no hidden currency conversion charges on the 444ck platform.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 444ck are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each promotion. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified for each offer. 444ck maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, systematically exploiting promotional conditions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, and using automated software or bots to complete wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, 444ck reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, suspend the account, and recover any bonus funds already withdrawn.
444ck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a promotion will not be adversely affected by modifications to terms occurring after the bonus has been credited to their account, provided they are actively meeting the original wagering conditions at the time of the change.
All bets placed on the 444ck platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. 444ck's decision on the settlement of any bet or game outcome is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 14. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed unless specifically provided for within the applicable game or event rules.
444ck offers pre-match and live in-play betting across a range of sports markets including cricket (PSL and international fixtures), football, UFC, tennis, basketball, kabaddi, and others as made available from time to time. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation of a bet. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed with a bet reference number, the odds are locked for that wager. 444ck reserves the right to void bets where odds were offered in clear error or where the underlying event has been subject to match-fixing or corruption.
All casino games — including Sic Bo, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, slot titles, and any other game accessible through the 444ck casino lobby — operate on certified random number generation (RNG) technology or through third-party live dealer studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available for each game in the game information panel. Technical malfunctions void all affected game rounds and any wagers or winnings from a malfunctioned round will be returned to the player's account.
444ck applies maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per player across both sports betting and casino gaming. This licence does not include the right to scrape, crawl, or index any portion of the platform by automated means, or to frame any portion of the platform within another website or application.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444ck, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 444ck platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, platform downtime, or unauthorised access to your account.
444ck does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 444ck makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of any information, games, products, or services available on the platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by 444ck's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Important: You acknowledge that all gambling activities carry an inherent financial risk and that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk. 444ck is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gaming activity on the platform.

444ck reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — 444ck will notify registered players via email or on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change substantive meaning, or updates reflecting regulatory changes with no operational impact on players) may take effect immediately upon publication.
Continued use of the 444ck platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date. Account closure requests received prior to the effective date of a material amendment will be processed without any early-closure fee or withdrawal penalty.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 444ck holds its gaming authority licence. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 444ck from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it has a legitimate interest in protecting its intellectual property, brand, or the integrity of the platform.
